Nowadays poultry automation is of great importance for the monitoring of environmental conditions. Our target takes the scope of service in the sector a step further with the data collection and information systems we have developed.
PLC based system transmits the poultry environment data (heat-humidity-feed amount, etc.) to the mobile phones registered in the system in the form of a text message.
The Bilgicell system ensures that more than one house can be controlled at the same time, if necessary, with independent panels.
Thanks to DİLEKTAV PLC air-conditioning panels, it provides automation with lower costs.
The most precise and clearest information about the herd is reached within the house without any disturbance to the driver with the herd weighing scale with platform placed inside the house. A lot of alternative information can be obtained such as the average weight of the flock compared to the day before, the lowest and highest weights of the flock in the house, and their averages. All of the information can be transferred to a central environment as data; It can be controlled backwards. The recorded daily data can be accessed via the Internet or via the message system to mobile phones as a message. The tolerance of our herd weighing scale is ± 3% and provides more accurate information about the herd. In addition, it can be operated in accordance with the desired time intervals with 3 different sound recordings recorded on the scale and the feed consumption of the herd can be motivated.
